The full conference registration fee provides each attendee with: opportunities to learn from, network, and connect with colleagues from across the nation; the conference program, abstracts, and proceedings; access to a mobile conference attendee app; morning and mid-day refreshments; the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception, which includes two drink tickets per person; and breakfast, lunch, and a plated Dinner Banquet on Wednesday.

All refund requests must be received in writing by March 15, 2019. A processing fee of 50% will
be deducted from all refunds. After March 15, no refunds will be issued. If a paid registrant must cancel after March 15 due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, they may transfer their registration to a colleague.
